基于电动夹爪控制的球囊扩张压力泵智能辅助设备研发及验证

Research and Validation of Intelligent Auxiliary Equipment for Balloon Dilation Pressure Pump Based on Electric Gripper Control

摘要 由于各种介入手术在操作球囊扩张压力泵时,普遍依赖于医务人员手动操作,存在职业损伤、劳动强度大、控制不够精准等问题。为此,在临床手术发展过程中急需寻求先进智能的球囊扩张压力泵智能辅助设备以促进临床医疗自动化和临床手术的高效进行。从医学与工学结合的角度研究开发了一款基于电动夹爪控制的球囊扩张压力泵智能辅助设备,该设备旨在弥补传统手动操作的不足,通过精确的自动控制系统,减少人工操作中的不稳定因素,显著降低医务人员的操作风险。考虑到流体压缩中体积与压力的非线性关系,从理论和实验数据对比分析,深入探讨了PID控制和多段速控制在球囊扩张压力泵中的应用效果。结果表明,多段速控制方式在操作精度、控制稳定性以及对压力变化的适应性方面,优于PID控制,能够更好地满足球囊扩张过程中的精准控制需求。 Due to the widespread reliance on manual operation by medical personnel during balloon dilation pressure pumps in various interventional surgeries,there are issues such as occupational injuries,high labor intensity,and imprecise control.Therefore,it is urgent to seek advanced intelligent balloon dilation pressure pump intelligent auxiliary equipment in the development of clinical surgery to promote clinical medical automation and efficient clinical surgery.An intelligent auxiliary device for balloon dilation pressure pump based on electric gripper control is studied and developed from the perspective of combining medicine and engineering.The device aims to make up for the shortcomings of traditional manual operation,reduce unstable factors in manual operation through a precise automatic control system,and significantly reduce the operational risks of medical personnel.Considering the nonlinear relationship between volume and pressure in fluid compression,theoretical and experimental data are compared and analyzed to explore the application effects of PID control and multi-stage speed control in balloon dilation pressure pumps.The results show that the multi-stage speed control method is superior to PID control in terms of accuracy,control stability,and adaptability to pressure changes during the operation of the balloon dilation pressure pump,and can better meet the precise control requirements during the balloon dilation process.
