适用于再造烟叶的香料保香技术研究现状与展望 被引量:1

Research Status and Prospects of Aroma Preservation Technology for Spices Applicable to Reconstituted Tobacco

摘要 随着烟草行业对产品品质和消费者健康需求的提升,造纸法再造烟叶因其环保性、成本效益及可调控性优势,在卷烟生产中的应用更加广泛,而香料在再造烟叶加工过程中的挥发损失问题严重制约了其赋香增味效果,香料保香锁香工艺对提升再造烟叶的品质,达到其在卷烟中的赋香增味效果至关重要。基于此,系统总结了适用于造纸法再造烟叶的香料保香锁香工艺研究现状,重点分析了微胶囊法、超分子包埋法、微凝胶法在香料包裹中的应用,并探讨了涂布与烘干工段的功能型香料保香技术,以及主流烟气中香料的有效释放机制。通过综合现有研究成果,提出未来聚焦方向,为该领域下一步的研究计划实施提供充足的支持和依据,推动再造烟叶香料应用技术的持续进步。 With the tobacco industry's increasing emphasis on product quality and consumers'health needs,paper-making reconstituted tobacco is being used more and more widely in cigarette production due to its advantages in environmental protection,cost-effectiveness,and controllability.However,the problem of volatile loss of flavors during the processing of reconstituted tobacco seriously restricts its flavor enhancement effect.The flavor retention and locking technology for reconstituted tobacco is crucial for improving the quality of reconstituted tobacco and achieving its flavor enhancement effect in cigarettes.This paper systematically summarizes the current research status of flavor retention and locking technologies suitable for paper-making reconstituted tobacco.It focuses on analyzing the applications of microencapsulation,supramolecular inclusion,and microgel methods in flavor encapsulation,and explores the functional flavor retention technologies in the coating and drying sections,as well as the effective release mechanism of flavors in mainstream cigarette smoke.By synthesizing the existing research results,the future focus directions are proposed,providing sufficient support and basis for the next research plan in this field and helping to promote the continuous progress of flavor application technology for reconstituted tobacco.
