摘要
以贵州省G县黄桃种植为例,探析政府、高校、企业与农民等主体在农村电商人才培育中的协同作用。研究发现,G县电商人才培育模式主要以政府主导,利益联盟为基础,地缘情感为纽带,形成稳定合作关系及持续互动机制,从而实现电商人才的振兴。该过程中,政府转变农户意识,精简培训内容,提供全天候服务;利益共同体实现资源汇聚与技术汇聚;地缘情感纽带吸引人才回流。
Took the yellow peach cultivation in County G of Guizhou Province as an example,this paper explored the collaborative role of the government,universities,enterprises and farmers and other subjects in the cultivation of rural E-commerce talents.The research found that the cultivation model of E-commerce talents in County G was mainly led by the government,based on interest alliances,and linked by geographical emotions,forming a stable cooperative relationship and a continuous interaction mechanism,thereby achieving the revitalization of E-commerce talents.During this process,the government changes the awareness of farmers,simplifies the training content,and provided 24/7 services.The community of interests realized the convergence of resources and technologies.
