摘要
目的分析银苓消肿丸对痛风性膝关节炎的疗效及对转化生长因子-β_(1)/信号传导蛋白Smad(transforming growth factor-β_(1),TGF-β_(1)/Smad)通路的影响。方法选取2021年2月—2024年3月于河北省沧州中西医结合医院就诊的100例膝关节炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=48),对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予银苓消肿丸治疗。比较2组的临床疗效,2组治疗前后的西安大略和麦马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities,WOMAC评分)、生活质量(World Health Organization Quality-of Life-brief Scale,WHOQOL-BREF评分)、血清细胞因子[白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix metalloproteinase 9,MMP9)]、核因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)、TGF-β_(1)/Smads通路相关蛋白(TGF-β_(1)、Smad2、Smad3蛋白)的表达水平。结果观察组的临床总效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后的WHOQOL-BREF评分,TGF-β_(1)、Smad2、Smad3蛋白的表达水平均高于治疗前,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后的WOMAC评分,IL-8、IL-1β、MMP9、NF-κB水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银苓消肿丸对痛风性膝关节炎患者的治疗效果显著,能有效改善患者的膝关节功能和生活质量,降低炎性因子水平和调节TGF-β_(1)/Smads通路。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Yinling Xiaotuo Pills in patients with gouty knee arthritis and its impact on the TGF-β_(1)/Smads signaling pathway.Methods A total of 100 patients with gouty knee arthritis treated at the Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Hebei Province from February 2021 to March 2024 were enrolled and divided into an observation group(n=52)and a control group(n=48)based on their treatment regimens.The control group received conventional Western medicine,while the observation group received Yinling Xiaotuo Pills in addition to the control group’s treatment.The clinical efficacy of both groups was compared,as well as the expression levels of the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC score),quality of life(World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief Scale,WHOQOL-BREF score),serum cytokines[interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9)],nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),and TGF-β_(1)/Smad pathway-related proteins(TGF-β_(1),Smad2,and Smad3)before and after treatment.Results The total clinical efficacy rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The WHOQOL-BREF score,TGF-β_(1),Smad2,and Smad3 protein levels in both groups were higher after treatment than before,with the observation group showing higher levels than the control group(P<0.05).The WOMAC score,IL-8,IL-1β,MMP9,and NF-κB levels in both groups were lower after treatment than before,with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinling Xiaotuo Pills demonstrates significant therapeutic effects in patients with gouty knee arthritis,effectively improving knee joint function and quality of life,reducing inflammatory factor levels,and regulating the TGF-β_(1)/Smads pathway.
