摘要
目的分析肿痛安胶囊联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)伴牙周炎(periodontitis,PD)的临床疗效及对血清白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)、白细胞介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)水平的影响。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月收治的T2DM伴PD患者60例,根据随机数字表法分为肿痛安胶囊组(30例)和常规组(30例)。常规组在常规治疗的基础上使用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,肿痛安胶囊组在常规组治疗的基础上加用肿痛安胶囊治疗;比较2组的临床疗效、牙周学指标及血清IL-10、IL-17水平。结果治疗后肿痛安胶囊组T2DM伴PD患者的临床总有效率为93.33%,常规组的临床总有效率为73.33%,肿痛安胶囊组高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组T2DM伴PD患者牙龈出血指数(bleeding index,BI)、牙周菌斑指数(periodontal plaque index,PLI)、探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、附着丧失(attachment loss,AL)均下降(P<0.05),且肿痛安胶囊组下降得更明显(P<0.05);治疗后,2组T2DM伴PD患者血清中的IL-10水平均升高(P<0.05),且肿痛安胶囊组升高得更明显(P<0.05);IL-17水平均下降(P<0.05),且肿痛安胶囊组下降得更明显(P<0.05);治疗期间,2组总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肿痛安胶囊联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗T2DM伴PD能够提高治疗效果,有效改善牙周指标并降低血清中IL-10、IL-17的水平。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Zhongtongan Capsules combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment in the treatment of type 2 diabetes(T2DM)with periodontitis(PD)and the effects on serum interleukin-10(IL-10)and interleukin-17(IL-17)levels.Methods A total of 60 T2DM patients with PD admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were enrolled and grouped into a Zhentongan Capsules group(30 cases)and a conventional group(30 cases)according to the random number table.The conventional group was treated with conventional therapy and Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment,while the Zhentongan Capsules group was treated with Zhongtongan Capsules based on the conventional group.The clinical efficacy of T2DM patients with PD in the 2 groups was recorded,and the periodontal indicators and the levels of IL-10 and IL-17 in serum of the 2 groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of T2DM patients with PD was 93.33%in the Zhentongan Capsules group and 73.33%in the conventional group,the Zhentongan Capsules group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gingival bleeding index(BI),periodontal plaque index(PLI),probing depth(PD),attachment loss(AL)of T2DM patients with PD in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the decreases were more obvious in the Zhentongan Capsules group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-10 in the serum of T2DM patients with PD in the 2 groups increased(P<0.05),and the level of IL-10 in the Zhentongan Capsules group increased more than in the conventional group(P<0.05);the IL-17 level decreased(P<0.05),and the Zhentongan Capsules group showed a more decrease(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the 2 groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhongtongan Capsules combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment can improve the treatment effect of T2DM with PD,effectively improve periodontal indicators and reduce the levels of IL-10 and IL-17 in serum.
