摘要
目的探究枳实通降颗粒治疗急性肠梗阻的疗效及对免疫平衡的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月晋城市人民医院收治的急性肠梗阻患者84例作为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组予以西医常规治疗,观察组加用枳实通降颗粒治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、胃肠功能恢复情况、血清学指标和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为95.24%(40/42)和76.19%(32/42),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的胃肠功能恢复指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组的白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、辅助性T淋巴细胞17(T helper cell 17,Th17)和Th17/调节性T淋巴细胞(regulatory T cells,Treg)均下降,Treg均上升,且观察组的IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、Th17和Th17/Treg的下降幅度和Treg的上升幅度均更显著(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为9.52%(4/42),对照组为26.19%(11/42),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枳实通降颗粒能够有效提高急性肠梗阻患者的临床疗效,维持免疫平衡。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Zhishi Tongjiang Granules on acute intestinal obstruction and its impact on immune balance.Methods 84 patients with acute intestinal obstruction admitted to Jincheng People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 enrolled and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received additional treatment with Zhishi Tongjiang Granules.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal function recovery,serological indicators,and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared.Results The clinical total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.24%(40/42)and 76.19%(32/42),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastrointestinal function recovery indicators of the observation group was obviously better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Creactive protein(CRP),helper T lymphocyte 17(Th17),and Th17/regulatory T lymphocytes(Treg)in both groups decreased,while Treg increased.In the control group,the decreases in IL-6,TNF-α,CRP,Th17,and Th17/Treg and the increase in Treg were not as significant as those in the observation group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the 2 groups were 9.52%(4/42)in the observation group and 26.19%(11/42)in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhishi Tongjiang Granules can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and maintain immune balance in patients with acute intestinal obstruction.
