唐徕渠测控一体化闸门的维护管理研究

摘要 作为实现自动化灌溉的关键设备,测控一体化闸门集成了多项前沿功能,在灌区水资源的调配中发挥着重要作用。自2018年依托重点项目建设以来,唐徕渠直开口共安装部署了204套测控一体化闸门,占总直开口数的约40%,控灌面积超过40万亩。系统实现了水情的实时监测与闸门的远程控制,显著提升了用水效率,降低了人力成本。随着设备运行时间的延长,进一步加强运行维护和管理显得尤为关键。 As a key equipment for achieving automated irrigation,the integrated measurement and control gate integrates multiple cutting-edge functions and plays an important role in the allocation of water resources in irrigation areas.Since the construction of key projects in 2018,a total of 204 sets of integrated measurement and control gates have been installed and deployed at the Tanglaiqu,accounting for about 40%of the total number of openings,with a controlled irrigation area of over 400000 acres.The system has achieved real-time monitoring of water conditions and remote control of gates,significantly improving water efficiency and reducing labor costs.With the extension of equipment operating time,further strengthening operation,maintenance,and management becomes particularly crucial.
