摘要
当前,广东省在评价房屋建筑项目的智能建造水平方面尚缺乏统一标准。通过系统梳理智能建造的内涵与评价研究进展,综合运用定性和定量分析法,构建涵盖数字勘察、数字设计、智能生产、智能施工、建筑产业互联网应用、智能装备应用、智慧运维等7大维度的评价体系,选取26个代表性项目开展试评价,进一步修正优化指标体系,为推动智能建造项目评价定量化、科学化、规范化提供技术支撑。
At present,Guangdong Province still lacks unified standards in evaluating the level of intelligent construction of housing construction projects.Through systematically sorting out the connotation and evaluation research progress of intelligent construction,and comprehensively using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,an evaluation system covering seven dimensions is constructed,which includes digital survey,digital design,intelligent production,intelligent construction,Internet application of the construction industry,intelligent equipment application,and intelligent operation and maintenance.26 representative projects are selected for trial evaluation to further revise and optimize the index system,and provide technical support for promoting the quantitative,scientific and standardized evaluation of intelligent construction projects.
