摘要
目的:高校附属口腔医院教工党支部“双带头人”建设对进一步加强党支部战斗堡垒作用和公立口腔医院高质量发展具有重要意义。本研究通过支部划细划小和口腔多点执业政策对高校附属口腔医院教工党支部“双带头人”工作影响进行调查,以期为新时代加强高校附属口腔医院教工党支部“双带头人”建设提供参考建议。方法:2023年7-10月期间对高校附属口腔医院教工党支部“双带头人”建设现状进行问卷调查,并对推进中存在的问题进行分析归纳,同时提出该工作的优化建议。结果:共发放问卷59份,回收有效问卷59份。“双带头人”一肩挑的占比为86.96%;高级职称为88.13%;研究生学历占比为86.44%。84.85%的被调查者认为“双带头人”充分发挥“领头雁”作用,15.15%认为没有发挥作用;63.64%认为支部划细划小有利“双带头人”培养;多点执业的口腔医生党员对“双带头人”支部书记工作影响率为39.39%;“双带头人”支部书记的工作现状评价满意率达78.79%,并且“双带头人”充分发挥“领头雁”作用达84.85%;“双带头人”工作中支部划细划小政策较口腔多点执业政策的作用更强。结论:支部划细划小和口腔多点执业政策对高校附属口腔医院教工党支部书记“双带头人”培育工作的影响不明显,支部划细划小政策更有利于“双带头人”充分发挥“领头雁”作用。
Objective:The construction of"double leader"of the Party branch in the affiliated stomatological hospitals of universities in western regions of China of great significance to further strengthen the role of the fighting fortress of the Party branch and the high-quality development of public hospitals.This paper intends to investigate the impact on the branch subdivision and multi-point dental practice policies on the work of"double leader"of the Party branch of the affiliated stomatological hospitals of universities,to provide reference suggestions for strengthening the construction of"double leader"in the new era.Methods:A questionnaire survey will be conducted from July to October 2023 on the status of the construction of"double leader"in the faculty and party branches of the affiliated stomatological hospitals of universities in China.The problems in the promotion process will be analyzed and summarized,and optimization suggestions for this work will be proposed.Results:A total of 59 questionnaires were distributed and 59 valid questionnaires were recovered.The proportion of"double leader"shouldering one shoulder was 86.96%.88.13%are senior professional titles.Postgraduate education accounted for 86.44%.84.85%of the respondents believe that the"double leader"have fully played the role of the"leading geese",while 15.15%believe that they have not played a role;63.64%believe that dividing branches into smaller sections is beneficial for cultivating"double leader";The influence rate of party members who practice dentistry in multiple locations on the work of"double leader"branch secretaries is 39.39%;The satisfaction rate of the work status evaluation of the"double leader"branch secretary reached 78.79%,and the"double leader"fully played the role of"leading geese"reached 84.85%;The role of the branch's detailed and small-scale policies in the"double leader"work is stronger than that of the oral multi-point practice policy.Conclusion:The policy of subdividing branches and implementing multi-point dental practice has little impact on the cultivation of"double leader"among the faculty and party branch secretaries in the affiliated stomatological hospitals of universities.The policy of subdividing branches is more conducive to the full play of the"leading goose"role of the"double leader".
