摘要
目的:探析硝矾洗剂联合冰片熏蒸坐浴在混合痔术后的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月-2024年8月期间本院收治的94例混合痔患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例。两组均接受混合痔外剥内扎术治疗。对照组术后使用硝矾洗剂熏蒸坐浴治疗;观察组术后使用硝矾洗剂联合冰片熏蒸坐浴治疗。于治疗前、治疗2 w后,分析两组的治疗总有效率,中医证候积分、创面缩小率以及肛缘水肿消退情况。结果:治疗2 w后,观察组的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的便血色鲜红、肛门肿痛、小便短赤各项中医证候积分均比治疗前明显降低,且观察组的各项中医证候积分均比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗2 w后,观察组的创面缩小率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的肛缘水肿评分均显著低于治疗前,且观察组的肛缘水肿评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔患者术后应用硝矾洗剂联合冰片熏蒸坐浴,能促进临床症状缓解,促进创面缩小,减轻患者肛缘水肿程度,提高疗效。
Objective:To explore the effect of nitrocalum lotion combined with borneol fumigation sitbath on mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:A total of 94 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 47 cases in each group using a random number table method.Both groups received mixed hemorrhoid external stripping and internal ligation.The control group was treated with fumigated sit-bath after operation.Observation group was treated with nitro alum lotion combined with borneol fumigation sit-bath after operation.Before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,analyze the total effective rate of treatment,TCM syndrome scores,wound contraction rate,and the regression of anal margin edema for the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the overall clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of bright red stool,swollen anus and short red urine in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound reduction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the scores of anal edema in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the scores of anal edema in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nitralum wash combined with borneol fumigation sitz bath after operation in patients with mixed hemorrhoids can promote the relief of clinical symptoms,promote the reduction of wound surface,reduce the degree of anal edema and improve the curative effect.
