基于设计特征的航空发动机图样评估方法研究

摘要 航空发动机设计图样承载了产品定义的重要信息,为提前识别图样的规范性与可制造性等问题,在源头提高设计质量,通过调研分析国内外典型零组件设计图样评估方法和指标,结合国内研制实际,构建了一套基于设计特征的航空发动机图样评估体系。针对几何类特征和要求类特征,从重要性、规范性、可加工性、可检测性和可装配性5个评估维度出发,研究制定了具体的评估流程,并通过图样设计评估表,在图纸正式发布前分阶段开展系统性评估,有助于提高设计制造协同效率,减少图样下厂后的修改迭代。该研究方法为航空发动机设计图样的评估与管理提供了一种新的思路,具有较强的应用价值。 Aero-engine design drawings carry important information of product definition,in order to identify the problems of specification and manufacturability of drawings in advance,and to im-prove the design quality at the source,a set of aero-engine drawing evaluation system based on de-sign features is constructed by researching and analysing the evaluation methods and indexes of typical component design drawings both at home and abroad,and combining with the actual devel-opment in China.Aiming at geometric features and requirement features,the study formulated a specific assessment process from the five assessment dimensions of importance,standardisation,processability,detectability and assemblability,and carried out systematic assessment in phases be-fore the official release of the drawings through the drawing design assessment form,which helps to improve the efficiency of design and manufacturing synergy,and reduces the modification and iteration of drawings after they are released from the factory.The research method provides a new way of thinking for the assessment and management of aero-engine design drawings,which has strong application value.
