摘要
研究了一种新型可伸缩抗压风门,针对煤矿巷道高压环境下传统风门易变形、漏风等问题,通过创新结构设计与材料优化,显著提升风门抗压能力、密封性能及使用寿命。在屯兰矿18405工作面实践应用中,风门漏风现象减少30%,维修频率降低50%,年节约成本约25万元,显著提高矿井通风效率与安全性,为煤矿通风系统优化提供了高效解决方案。
A new type of retractable pressure-resistant dampers is researched.Aiming at the problems of deformation and air leakage of traditional dampers under the high-pressure environment of coal mine roadway,the innovative structural design and optimization of materials significantly improve the pressure-resistant ability,sealing performance and service life of the dampers.In the practical application of 18405 working face,the air leakage phenomenon of the damper is reduced by 30%,the maintenance frequency is reduced by 50%,and the annual cost saving is about 250,000 RMB,which significantly improves the ventilation efficiency and safety of the mine,and provides an efficient solution for the optimization of the ventilation system of the coal mine.
