摘要
聚焦于碳清单交通领域核算,通过多源数据融合与优化精细化核算方法,提出“自下而上”的碳清单编制思路,从统计维度、核算边界、核算颗粒度、活动水平数据来源、排放因子本地化属性五维协同优化,解决传统碳清单难以准确反映交通细分领域碳排放特征的难点。实证研究对比了传统核算与精细化核算方法下的排放量差异,交通不同细分领域总体标准偏差在10.35%~19.09%,不同能源类型总体标准偏差在6.46%~21.48%。
This study focuses on the accounting of the transportation sector in carbon inventories.By integrating multi-source data and optimizing the refined accounting methods,it proposes a"bottom-up"approach to carbon inventory compilation.It achieves a five-dimensional coordinated optimization from the statistical dimension,accounting boundary,accounting granularity,activity level data sources,and the localization attribute of emission factors,addressing the difficulty of traditional carbon inventories in accurately reflecting the carbon emission characteristics of transportation sub-sectors.The empirical study compared the emission differences under traditional and refined accounting methods.The overall standard deviations of different transportation sub-sectors ranged from 10.35%to 19.09%,and those of different energy types ranged from 6.46%to 21.48%.
