摘要
随着中医药事业的快速发展和健康中国战略的深入推进,中医药继续教育高质量发展已成为提升中医药人才队伍素质重要途径。本文通过分析当前中医药继续教育的现状与挑战,结合政策导向与行业需求,探讨其未来高质量发展路径:一是以质量为核心,重塑中医药继续教育理念;二是多元协同、动态优化,构建高质量中医药继续教育评价新体系;三是聚焦中医药特色,打造高质量行业培训体系;四是数字化赋能,打造中医继续教育新范式。未来,中医药继续教育需以政策为引领,以需求为导向,以技术为支撑,以质量评价为保障,构建终身学习体系,为中医药传承创新提供可持续的人才保障。
With the rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine and the deepening of the Healthy China strategy,the high-quality development of continuing education in Chinese medicine has become an important way to improve the quality of Chinese medicine talent team.This article analyzes the current situation and challenges of continuing education in traditional Chinese medicine,and combines policy guidance and industry demands to explore its future high-quality development path.First,the concept of continuing education in traditional Chinese medicine with quality as the core should be reshaped.Second,through multi-party collaboration and dynamic optimization,a new evaluation system for high-quality continuing education in traditional Chinese medicine should be established.Third,a high-quality industry training system should be established focused on the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine;Fourth,a new paradigm for continuing education in Chinese medicine should be formulated with the support of digital empowerment.In the future,continuing education in Chinese medicine should be guided by policies,oriented towards demands,supported by technology and guaranteed by quality evaluation,to build a lifelong learning system and provide sustainable talent support for the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.
