摘要
老挝北部华文学校兴起于华裔社会的内生需求和文化认同,中老共建“一带一路”背景下老挝汉语热推动了华文学校的发展。华校的生源从华裔转变为老挝各族民众,而华裔新生代择校呈现多元化趋势。华文学校积极适应地方社会需求,除了在基础教育阶段开展“第二语言”的中文教学,还开办中文培训班,搭建来华留学平台,满足了不同年龄层的多元化需要。此外,华校与地方社会互惠共生,通过文化融入、公益助学、捐赠奖励等方式,获得老挝政府和民众的支持与认可,促进中华文化与老挝主流文化的融通。目前,因为缺乏本土中文师资与高质量管理人才制约着老挝华校可持续发展,所以需要多方合力探索华文教育的本土化路径,强调语言教育和文化传播并重,增进地方社会对华文学校的认同,发挥华文教育传播中华文化和构建中老命运共同体的纽带作用。
Chinese language schools in northern Laos were founded to meet the endogenous needs and cultural identity of the Chinese community and have developed driven by Chinese language boom in Laos in the context of the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative by China and Laos.While the student source there has shifted from Chinese descents to Lao people of all ethnic groups,a diversified trend is seen among the new generation of Chinese descents in choosing schools.Chinese language schools have actively adapted to the needs of the local communities,not only teaching Chinese as a second language in the basic education stage,but also organizing training courses of Chinese and establishing a platform for studying in China,which has met the diversified demands of different age groups.In addition,in the mutualism with the local society,they have gained the support and recognition from the Lao government and the public by means of cultural integration,public welfare education assistance,donations and rewards,and have promoted the integration of Chinese culture with the mainstream culture of Laos.At present,the sustainable development of Chinese language schools in Laos has been constrained due to the lack of local Chinese teachers and high-quality management personnel.Therefore,it is necessary to make joint efforts to explore the path of localization for Chinese education,emphasize both language education and cultural dissemination,and enhance the recognition of Chinese language schools by the local society,so as to give full play to the role of Chinese education in spreading Chinese culture and building a China-Laos community of shared future.
