摘要
目的通过系统分析中国知网(CNKI)数据库中关于放射科非影像专业住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的文献,为放射科住培提供新思路和新方法,以促进医学教育质量的提升。方法采用中国知网高级检索功能,检索关键词包括“非影像专业”“住院医师”“规范化培训”及“放射科”,时间范围为2014年1月1日至2024年5月1日。通过筛选和排除标准,最终纳入53篇文献进行可视化分析,包括文献数量、总体趋势、文献互引网络、关键词共现网络、作者合作网络及分布分析。结果非影像专业住院医师在放射科培训中的重要性逐年提升,总体发文量呈上升趋势。高频关键词包括“临床专业”“影像科”“影像诊断”等。3篇文献被高频引用,探讨了培训现状、问题及策略。然而,作者间合作尚不紧密,期刊论文是主要研究成果形式。结论非影像专业住院医师放射科住培领域研究活跃,但需加强跨学科合作、创新教学方法、关注新技术应用,并提升研究成果的实用性。未来应进一步优化培训模式,以提高非影像专业住院医师的影像学素养和临床能力,为医学教育质量的全面提升贡献力量。
Objective Aimed to systematically analyze literature from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database regarding standardized residency training for non-radiology residents in radiology departments,providing novel perspectives and methodologies to enhance the quality of medical education.Methods Utilizing CNKI's advanced search function,we conducted keyword searches including"non-radiology residents","residents","standardized training"and"radiology",covering publications from January 1,2014 to May 1,2024.Through established screening and exclusion criteria,53 articles were selected for visual analysis encompassing publication volume trends,citation networks,keyword co-occurrence patterns,author collaboration networks,and distribution characteristics.Results The analysis revealed growing recognition of non-radiology residents training in radiology,with annual publication volume demonstrating an upward trajectory.High-frequency keywords such as"clinical specialties","radiology"and"radiology diagnosis"highlighted current research focuses.Three seminal articles addressing training status,challenges and improvement strategies were frequently cited.However,limited collaboration among authors was observed,with journal articles constituting the primary research output.Conclusion While active research exists in non-radiology residents training in radiology,future efforts should emphasize interdisciplinary collaboration,innovative pedagogical approaches,emerging technology integration,and practical application of research outcomes.Optimization of training models is crucial for improving residents'imaging literacy and clinical competencies,thereby contributing to comprehensive advancement in medical education quality.
