132份辣椒种质资源苗期耐涝性鉴定

Identification of Waterlogging Tolerance of 132 Pepper Varieties at Seedling Stage

摘要 涝渍胁迫是农业生产中常见的主要非生物胁迫之一,为了解辣椒品种(系)的耐涝性,以132份辣椒品种(系)为试验材料,进行苗期淹水胁迫处理,测定12个苗期主要农艺性状指标,利用描述统计法、隶属函数法、主成分分析、聚类分析和相关性分析等方法对辣椒各品种(系)的耐涝性进行综合评价。结果显示:132份辣椒品种(系)之间的耐涝性表现出丰富的变异,涝渍胁迫条件下,各性状指标测定值的变异系数介于12.31%~50.00%,对照条件下(正常水分管理)的变异系数介于10.42%~42.55%;通过主成分分析将12个农艺性状胁迫系数按其贡献率大小转换为3个主成分,这些主成分解释了79.131%的总变异;通过计算综合耐涝系数(D值)并对其进行聚类分析,将132份辣椒品种(系)分为5个耐涝等级。筛选出5份高耐涝辣椒品种(系),明确了地上部生物量(鲜质量、干质量)、地下部生物量(鲜质量、干质量)、根总体积、株高和根总表面积可作为辣椒苗期耐涝性鉴定的有效综合指标。 Waterlogging stress is one of the major abiotic stresses in agricultural production.To investigate the waterlogging tolerance,132 pepper varieties(lines)were subjected to waterlogging treatment at the seedling stage.Twelve key agronomic traits were measured,and a comprehensive evaluation was conducted using descriptive statistics,association function,principal component analysis,cluster analysis,and correlation analysis.The results showed significant variability in waterlogging tolerance among the 132 pepper varieties(lines).Under waterlogging stress,the coefficients of variation for the measured traits ranged from 12.31% to 50.00%,while those under control conditions ranged from 10.42% to 42.55%.Principal component analysis converted the waterlogging tolerance coefficients of the 12 agronomic traits into three principal components based on their contribution rates,explaining 79.131% of the total variation.By calculating the comprehensive waterlogging tolerance coefficient(D value)and conducting cluster analysis,the 132 pepper varieties(lines)were classified into five tolerance levels.Five highly waterlogging tolerant pepper varieties(lines)were identified,confirming that indicators such as ground biomass(fresh weight and dry weight),underground biomass(fresh weight and dry weight),total root volume,plant height,and total root surface area serve as effective comprehensive indicators for assessing seedling flood tolerance in pepper.
