摘要
过去国内更多是在车辆动力学仿真过程中进行悬架偏频计算,实现在实车调校初步确定悬架偏频及范围。随着消费者对车辆性能要求日益提高,近几年国内车企对底盘调校也提出了更高的要求,尤其是乘坐舒适性表现。文章以某新能源品牌SUV车型底盘调校为例,讲述悬架偏频计算在实车底盘调校中的应用,以提高调校工作的效率和结果质量。
In the past ride frequency calculation was mainly carried out during vehicle dynamics simulation to achieve preliminary determination of ride frequency and range band in real vehicle calibration.With the increasing demand of consumers for vehicle performance,domestic car companies have also put forward higher requirements for chassis tuning in recent years,especially for ride comfort performance.This article takes the chassis tuning of a SUV model new energy vehicle as an example to illustrate the application of suspension frequency offset calculation in actual vehicle chassis tuning,in order to improve the efficiency and quality of tuning work.
