高校辅导员“情怀要深”的时代内涵、价值意蕴与实践路径

摘要 高校辅导员是高校开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,其职业化专业化发展逐渐成为一项重要的制度性安排和日益明显的大趋势。新时代高校辅导员要实现职业化专业化发展,必须“情怀要深”,要有宽广的世界襟怀、深沉的家国情怀、进取的事业感怀、温情的学生关怀、拼搏的理想壮怀,这对强化辅导员职业认同、引领大学生成长成才、助力高校落实立德树人根本任务,有着重要的支撑作用。高校辅导员“情怀要深”,一要明确角色定位,强化使命意识;二要练就过硬本领,提高职业能力;三要勇担时代责任,激发奋斗精神;四要增强仁爱之心,锤炼品德修养。 College counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education for college students in colleges and universities and their professional development has gradually become an important institutional arrangement and an increasingly obvious trend.To achieve professional and professional development in the new era,college counselors must have“deep feelings”,a broad vision of the world,deep feelings for home and country,an enterprising sense of career,warm care for the students and hard efforts for noble ideal,which has an important suppo rting role in strengthening counselors'professional identity,leading college students to grow and become talents and helping colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.College counselors must have deep feelings.Firstly,they should clarify their role positioning and establish a sense of mission.Secondly,they should practice strong skills and improve their professional capabilities.Thirdly,they should bravely shoulder the responsibilities of the times and inspire the spirit of struggle.Finally,they should strengthen their heart of love and temper their moral cultivation.
