摘要
目的分析某医院粪便常规检测寄生虫感染的检出情况,为该院肠道寄生虫的诊疗提供参考。方法收集2018年1月—2023年12月兴安盟人民医院就诊患者的125726份粪便标本,采用生理盐水涂片法进行肠道寄生虫检测,分析肠道寄生虫的感染种类和感染率。结果收集的125726份粪便标本中,男性患者标本69230份,女性患者标本56496份;<60岁患者标本68717份,≥60岁患者标本57009份。在4份外观异常的标本中检出肠道寄生虫,肠道寄生虫感染率为0.0030%,共检出3种寄生虫,分别为粪类圆线虫1例,人芽囊原虫2例,蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫1例。男性与女性的感染率比较差异无统计学意义〔0.0029%(2/69230)比0.0035%(2/56496),P>0.05〕;<60岁组与≥60岁组的感染率比较差异无统计学意义〔0.0015%(1/68717)比0.0053%(3/57009),P>0.05〕。结论兴安盟人民医院就诊人群肠道寄生虫总感染率较低,感染种类少,感染率无显著年龄差异。
Objective To analyze the detection status of parasitic infections in the stool routine test of a hospital,and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal parasites in the hospital.Methods The 125726 fecal samples from patients who visited Xing'an League People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2023 were collected,and physiological saline smear method was used to detect intestinal parasites.The infection types and infection rates of intestinal parasites were analyzed.Results Of the 125726 samples of stool specimens collected,69230 samples were from males,56496 samples were from females,68717 samples were from patients<60 years old,and 57009 samples were from patients≥60 years old.Intestinal parasites were detected in four specimens with abnormal appearance,and the infection rate was 0.0030%.Three kinds of parasites were detected,including 1 case of cyclides,2 cases of human blazoa and 1 case of Giardia lamblia.There was no statistically significant difference in infection rates between males and females[0.0029%(2/69230)vs.0.0035%(2/56496),P>0.05],and there was no significant difference in infection rates between<60 years old group and≥60 years old group[0.0015%(1/68717)vs.0.0053%(3/57009),P>0.05].Conclusion The total infection rate of intestinal parasites among the population receiving treatment at Xing'an League People's Hospital is relatively low,with fewer types of infections and no significant age difference in infection rates.
