含腐殖酸水溶肥料与农药配施对烤烟青枯病防治及农艺性状的影响

Effects of Combined Application of Water-Soluble Fertilizer Containing Humic Acid and Pesticide on the Control of Flue-Cured Tobacco Bacterial Wilt and Agronomic Traits

摘要 为考察含腐殖酸水溶肥料与农药配施对烤烟青枯病防治效果及农艺性状的影响,开展了田间小区试验。试验共设7个处理,以不施用含腐殖酸水溶肥料和农药的处理为对照(CK),T1、T3、T5处理分别施用含腐殖酸水溶肥料15.0、22.5、30.0 L/hm^(2)并配施12%丙硫菌唑·春雷霉素悬浮剂有效成分63 g/hm^(2),T2、T4、T6处理分别施用含腐殖酸水溶肥料15.0、22.5、30.0 L/hm^(2)并配施37.5%氢氧化铜悬浮剂有效成分281 g/hm^(2)。结果表明:T1~T6处理能改善烤烟的株高、茎围、鲜叶质量、开片度等农艺指标;腐殖酸与农药配施对青枯病的防治具有协同增效作用,其中T5处理的青枯病防治效果显著优于其他处理的;12%丙硫菌唑·春雷霉素悬浮剂的青枯病防治效果优于37.5%氢氧化铜悬浮剂的。腐殖酸与农药配施在改善烤烟农艺性状和防治青枯病方面具有显著效果,为烤烟青枯病的综合防治提供了新的途径。 In order to investigate the effects of the combined application of water-soluble fertilizer containing humic acid and pesticide on the control effect of flue-cured tobacco bacterial wilt and agronomic traits,a field plot experiment is carried out.Seven treatments are set in the experiment.The treatment without the application of water-soluble fertilizer containing humic acid and pesticide is used as the control(CK).Treatments T1,T3 and T5 are applied with 15.0,22.5 and 30.0 L/hm^(2)of water-soluble fertilizer containing humic acid,respectively,and combined application of 63 g/hm^(2)of the active ingredient of 12%prothioconazole-kasugamycin suspension.And treatments T2,T4 and T6 are applied with 15.0,22.5 and 30.0 L/hm^(2)of water-soluble fertilizer containing humic acid,respectively,and combined application of 281 g/hm^(2)of the active ingredient of 37.5%copper hydroxide suspension.The results show that treatments T1 to T6 all can improve the agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco such as plant height,stem circumference,fresh leaf weight,and leaf expansion degree.The combined application of humic acid and pesticide has a synergistic effect on the control of bacterial wilt.Among them,the control effect of treatment T5 on bacterial wilt is significantly higher than that of other treatments.The control effect of 12%prothioconazole-kasugamycin suspension on bacterial wilt is better than that of 37.5%copper hydroxide suspension.The combined application of humic acid and pesticide has a significant effect on improving the agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco and controlling bacterial wilt,providing a new way for the comprehensive control of flue-cured tobacco bacterial wilt.
