石油化工发电厂输煤系统三相异步电动机优化与节能研究

Research on the optimization and energy conservation of three-phase asynchronousmotors in coal transmission system of petrochemical power plants

摘要 为提升石油化工发电厂输煤系统三相异步电动机的运行效率,提出基于变频调速与转矩优化、功率因数补偿与谐波治理、软启动与主回路改造以及在线监测与负载控制的系统优化方案。该方案针对输煤系统负载波动大、环境恶劣等特点,通过变频调速实现无级调速,采用分层补偿策略改善功率因数,配置软启动装置降低启动电流冲击,引入模型预测控制实现负载优化分配。工程应用结果表明,电动机运行效率提升8.2%,功率因数提高0.10,启动电流降低75%,设备可靠性得到提升。 In order to improve the operation efficiency of three-phase asynchronous motors in coal transmission system for petrochemical power plant,the system optimization scheme based on frequency conversion speed control and torque optimization,power factor compensation and harmonic management,soft starting and main circuit modification,as well as online monitoring and load control has been proposed.The scheme is based on the characteristics of coal transmission system,such as large load fluctuation and harsh environment.Through frequency conversion,realize stepless speed regulation,adopt layered compensation strategy to improve power factor,configure soft starting device to reduce the starting current impact,and introduce model prediction control to realize optimal distribution of loads.The engineering application results show that the motor operating efficiency is improved by 8.2%,the power factor is improved by 0.10,the starting current is reduced by 75%,and the equipment reliability is improved.
