摘要
为解决油田集输接转站运行过程中存在的高能耗、高负荷现象,在分析油田接转站运行模式的基础上,分析了不同季节、不同流程的能耗差异,确定用能薄弱环节和优化方向,基于多相流稳态模拟软件完成了数据建模和验证工作,以总能耗最低为目标函数,核算加热炉出口温度变化对加热炉能耗、泵能耗的影响,确定了满足约束条件的加热炉优化参数。结果显示:接转站能耗类型以热力能耗为主,掺水流程能耗远大于外输流程能耗;优化后,接转站A、B、C的能耗下降幅度分别为2.7%、5.0%、4.4%。研究结果可为集输系统的简化优化提供理论依据和实际参考。
In order to reduce the phenomenon of high energy consumption and high load in the operation process of oilfield gathering and transfer station,the differences of energy consumption in different seasons and different processes are analyzed based on analyzing the operating mode of oilfield transfer station,and the weak link and optimization direction of energy use are determined.The data modeling and verification work are completed based on the steady-state simulation software of multi-phase flow,with the lowest total energy consumption as the objective function.The influence of the outlet temperature change on the energy consumption of heating furnace and pump is calculated,and the optimization parameters of heating furnace satisfying the constraint conditions are formed.The results show that the energy consumption type of transfer station is mainly thermal energy consumption and the energy consumption of water blending process is much higher than that of export transportation process.After optimization,the energy consumption of Transfer Station A,B and C decreases by 2.7%,5.0%and 4.4%respectively.The research results can provide theoretical basis and actual reference of simplification and optimization in gathering and transportation system.
