协作焊接机器人焊接工艺参数的确定与应用

摘要 利用协作焊接机器人焊接工艺试板,对焊接试板的焊接接头进行宏观和力学性能检测,利用得到的焊接工艺参数开展TKY相贯线焊接。焊接试板的焊接接头经宏观和力学性能检测均满足标准要求,从而得到了协作式焊接机器人的焊接工艺参数,利用协作机器人的焊接工艺参数焊接TKY相贯线,焊接完成后对焊缝进行外观和无损检测,协作式焊接机器人焊接焊缝的外观和无损检测均合格。协作式焊接机器人的焊接工艺参数除包括焊接电流、电压及焊接速度外,还包括机器人的摆动幅度、频率及停留时间。协作式焊接机器人能够代替人工,实现TKY相贯线的自动化焊接。与传统相贯线机器人比,协作机器人在TKY相贯线焊接领域有较好的应用前景。 By using the collaborative welding robot to weld the process test plate,the macroscopic and mechanical properties of the welded joint of the welding test plate are tested,and the TKY intersecting line welding is carried out by using the obtained welding process parameters.The welded joint of the welding test plate meets the standard requirements through macroscopic and mechanical property tests,thus obtaining the welding process parameters of the collaborative welding robot.The welding process parameters of the collaborative robot are used to weld the TKY intersecting line.After welding is completed,the appearance and non-destructive testing of the weld seam are carried out,and the appearance and non-destructive testing of the welding seam by the collaborative welding robot are qualified.The welding parameters of the collaborative welding robot include not only welding current,voltage and welding speed,but also swing amplitude,frequency and residence time of the robot.The cooperative welding robot can replace the manual and realize the automatic welding of TKY intersecting lines.Compared with traditional intersecting line robots,collaborative robots have better application prospects in TKY intersecting line welding field.
