摘要
连作和轮作模式会影响烟草土壤的理化性质,进而导致根际土壤微生物群落的多样性和组成发生变化。为探究不同种植方式对土壤细菌群落的影响,本研究采集连作和烟稻轮作的烟草根际土壤,进行16S rRNA高通量测序分析,并对比研究它们的细菌多样性和群落组成,从而为烟田土壤微生态调控提供依据。
Continuous and rotation cropping patterns can affect the physical and chemical properties of tobacco rhizoshpere soil,and then cause changes in the diversity and composition of microbial communities in rhizosphere soil.To explore the effects of different planting patterns on bacterial communities in soil,tobacco rhizosphere soils under continuous cropping and tobacco-rice rotation patterns were collected,and 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing analysis was performed to compare bacterial diversity and community composition between them,which provide a basis for soil microecological regulation in tobacco field.
