摘要
针对钢结构防火涂料在施工与质量验收中存在的关键问题,旨在通过系统性分析,提出有效的管控措施,以提升钢结构防火保护性能。具体为:结合国内外典型火灾案例,分析了防火保护失效的根本原因,阐述了火灾对建筑钢结构的危害;对比了防火涂料、耐火板材包覆、混凝土或耐火砖包封等保护方法的优缺点,重点分析了2种防火涂料的性能特点;进一步从材料生产、施工工艺及验收流程等方面,指出施工与质量验收中存在的问题,并提出针对性解决方案。研究表明,防火涂料往往因施工问题导致实际耐火性能远低于设计要求,应通过优化检测方法与强化监管,提升验收效率与可靠性,降低火灾风险。
Aiming to address the key issues in the construction and quality acceptance of fire retardant coatings for steel structures,underlying problems are systematically analyzed,and effective control measures are proposed to enhance the fire protection performance of steel structures.Specifically,by examining typical fire incidents both domestically and internationally,the root causes of fire protection failures are analyzed,and the impact of fire on building steel structures is expounded.The advantages and disadvantages of protective methods such as fire-retardant coating,fire-resistant plate coating,concrete or fire-resistant brick encapsulation are compared,and the performance characteristics of the two fireretardant coatings are analyzed in detail.Furthermore,construction and quality acceptance issues are examined from the perspectives of material production,construction techniques,and acceptance processes,with corresponding solutions proposed.Research findings indicate that due to construction deficiencies,the actual fire resistance performance of fire retardant coatings often falls significantly short of design requirements.Therefore,it is essential to optimize testing methods,strengthen supervision,and enhance the efficiency and reliability of quality acceptance processes in order to effectively reduce fire risks.
