PDCA循环结合OSCE模式在儿科学专业学位研究生培养中的应用

摘要 目的:将PDCA循环结合OSCE的教学模式应用于儿科教学,以期找到提高儿科学研究生培养质量的新途径。方法:通过对比研究PDCA循环结合OSCE的教学模式和传统教学模式,评估新的教学模式对儿科研究生理论和OSCE考试成绩的影响。结果:试验组和对照组研究生毕业考核理论考试成绩无统计学差异(P>0.05),OSCE考试成绩中病史采集成绩无统计学差异(P>0.05),而病例分析、技能考核、文献检索方面有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:运用PDCA循环结合OSCE模式有利于提高学生的临床技能和专业能力,从而提高儿科学研究生的培养质量。 Objective:To explore the application of the PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)cycle combined with the OSCE(Objective Structured Clinical Examination)model in pediatric education,aiming to identify new approaches to improve the training quality of pediatric postgraduate students.Methods:A comparative study was conducted between the PDCA+OSCE teaching model and traditional teaching methods to assess their impact on postgraduate students'theoretical knowledge and OSCE performance.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in theoretical exam scores(P>0.05)or in medical history-taking scores within the OSCE(P>0.05).However,the experimental group outperformed the control group in case analysis,clinical skills,and literature retrieval(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle combined with the OSCE model enhances clinical skills and professional competencies,thereby improving the overall training quality of pediatric postgraduate students.
