TBL联合翻转课堂在牙周病学实验教学中的应用和探讨——以“松牙固定术”实验教学为例

摘要 目的:探讨TBL联合翻转课堂在牙周病学实验教学中的应用及效果。方法:选取2018级口腔医学专业2个班级学生,分为试验组(TBL联合翻转课堂)和对照组(传统教学)。课程结束后,学生问卷评价,教师课堂评分。结果:在能力培养上,相比传统课堂,两组总体评价TBL联合翻转课堂模式更好。试验组在提高学生学习时间支配能力上评分低于对照组、在团队合作精神上评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组课堂成绩差异无统计学意义。结论:TBL联合翻转课堂在操作能力培养上与传统教学一致,同时能激发学生自主学习和团队合作能力。 Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of combining Team-Based Learning(TBL)with the flipped classroom model in periodontology experimental teaching.Methods:Two classes of 2018 undergraduate stomatology students were selected and divided into an experimental group(TBL+flipped classroom)and a control group(traditional teaching).After the course,teaching effectiveness was evaluated through student questionnaires and instructor assessments.Results:In terms of competency development,students generally rated the TBL+flipped classroom model higher than traditional methods.The experimental group scored lower in managing study time but higher in team collaboration compared to the control group,both differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in final course grades between the two groups.Conclusion:While TBL combined with flipped classroom performs similarly to traditional teaching in developing practical skills,it better stimulates students'self-directed learning and teamwork abilities.
