摘要
目的:了解大学生健康素养水平及影响因素,为高校实施体育与健康教育提供依据。方法:采用分层多阶段整体抽样方法,抽取7个城市的15所高校,共1630名大学生进行调查。结果:大学生健康素养水平为26.50%,在健康素养3个方面中,生活方式与行为得分最低,健康技能得分最高,而6类健康水平由高到低依次为:科学健康观、安全与急救、基本医疗、健康信息、传染病防治、慢性病防治,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。
Objective:To assess the health literacy levels of college students and identify influencing factors,providing evidence for health and physical education in universities.Methods:A stratified,multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to survey 1,630 college students from 15 universities across 7 cities.Results:The overall health literacy rate among college students was 26.50%.Among the three main domains,“lifestyle and behavior”scored the lowest,while“health skills”scored the highest.Among six categories of health literacy,scores ranked from highest to lowest as follows:scientific views on health,safety and first aid,basic medical care,health information,infectious disease prevention,and chronic disease prevention—all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).
