摘要
目的观察过敏煎合宣白承气汤对支气管哮喘急性发作期中重度患者中医证候及呼吸困难分级、一氧化氮呼气水平、住院时长及停药后14、28 d再发作严重程度的影响。方法纳入57例支气管哮喘急性发作期中重度患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组29例与对照组28例。对照组行西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以过敏煎合宣白承气汤治疗,治疗周期为7 d。对比两组治疗有效率、中医证候积分、呼吸困难分级、一氧化氮呼气水平、住院时长及停药后14、28 d再发作严重程度。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的82.14%(P<0.05);对照组中医单症愈显率、一氧化氮呼气水平、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数均低于观察组(P<0.05),观察组呼吸困难等级改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论过敏煎合宣白承气汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期中重度患者具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of Guomin Decoction combined with Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction on TCM syndrome differentiation,dyspnea classification,fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)levels,recurrence severity at 14 and 28 days after treatment discontinuation,and length of hospital stay in patients with moderate to severe acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 57 patients with moderate to severe acute bronchial asthma were randomly divided into an observation group(n=29)and a control group(n=28)using a random number table.The control group received standard western medical treatment,while the observation group received additional treatment with Guomin Decoction combined with Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction based on the control group's regimen.The treatment course was 7 days.The efficacy rate,TCM syndrome scores,dyspnea classification,FeNO levels,length of hospitalization,and recurrence severity at 14 and 28 days after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than 82.14%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group showed better improvement in TCM syndrome scores,lower FeNO levels,reduced peripheral blood eosinophil count,and improved dyspnea classification(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guomin Decoction combined with Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in treating moderate to severe patients during the acute exacerbation phase of bronchial asthma.
