摘要 文章深度剖析了人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术于中职学生个性化管理方案设计及实施过程中的实际应用,借助构建精准画像,深入洞察学生的学习偏好、习惯以及需求,据此精心设计契合个体特征的个性化学习路径;依托基于人工智能的动态打卡与视频监控分析系统,有效监督学生出勤状况,精准把控学生个性化行为。AI技术的应用不仅显著提升了管理效率,还极大地优化了学习环境,有力推动了中职学生个性化管理的有效施行,这一系列成果经由案例分析得以充分证实。 The article delves into the specific application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in the design and implementation of personalized management plans for vocational school students.By constructing precise portraits,students’learning preferences,habits,and needs can be deeply understood,and personalized learning paths can be designed accordingly.Meanwhile,a dynamic clock in and video monitoring analysis system based on artificial intelligence can effectively monitor students’attendance information and accurately control their personalized behavior.Case analysis shows that the application of AI technology has significantly improved management efficiency,optimized the learning environment,and effectively promoted the implementation of personalized management for vocational school students.
