摘要 研究探讨了“AI+渠道”战略在通信行业的应用情况,深入分析它对企业营销模式创新的影响路径。当人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术和传统营销渠道碰到一起,深度融合后,通过智能化的数据分析、精准的客户洞察和自动化的营销流程,能明显提高营销活动的精准度和执行效率。还从人才培养体系搭建、政策支持机制完善这些角度给出了策略建议,目的是帮助企业在AI时代实现营销模式的转型升级,为企业在市场竞争中打造差异化优势提供理论参考和实践指导。 The paper discusses the application of the“AI+channel”strategy in the communication industry,and deeply analyzes its impact on the innovation of enterprise marketing models.When artificial intelligence(AI)technology and traditional marketing channels are integrated together,the accuracy and execution efficiency of marketing activities can be significantly improved through intelligent data analysis,accurate customer insights,and automated marketing processes.It also gives strategic suggestions from the perspectives of talent training system construction and policy support mechanism improvement,with the aim of helping enterprises realize the transformation and upgrading of marketing models in the AI era,and providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for enterprises to create differentiated advantages in market competition.
