随着中国法治化建设的不断推进和完善,证据在案件办理过程中的作用越来越重要,司法鉴定报告中专家意见成为可信度极高的证据之一,相比较其他形式的证据,司法鉴定报告的公信力和证明力更高。随着我国汽车技术的发展,2022年1月1日起设计生产的M1类车辆必须配置汽车事件数据记录系统,在2022年之前设计生产的诸多合资品牌乘用车中也配置了汽车事件数据记录系统。汽车事件数据记录系统的普及,为汽车交通事故鉴定提供了有力的数据支撑。
With the continuous advancement and improvement of China's rule of law,evidence plays an increasingly important role in the process of case handling,and the expert opinion in the judicial appraisal report has become one of the most credible evidence,and the credibility and probative power of the judicial appraisal report are higher than that of other forms of evidence.With the development of China's automotive technology,M1 vehicles designed and produced from January 1,2022 must be equipped with an automotive event data recording system,and many joint ventures brand passenger cars designed and produced before 2022 are also equipped with an automotive event data recording system.The popularization of automobile event data recording system provides strong data support for automobile traffic accident identifi cation.
