摘要
多塔斜拉桥因其出色的跨越能力,广泛应用于宽阔水域,但水域中普遍存在通航需求,使得桥梁面临船撞风险。以某(106+4×175+106)m五塔部分斜拉桥为工程背景,采用经验分析法和有限元动态仿真,研究多塔斜拉桥的设防船撞力及防撞设施效果,研究结果表明:大桥桥跨布置及通航净空设置合理,且大桥5个主墩均存在1000 t级船舶撞击风险。基于有限元动态仿真计算的最大船撞力为11.7 MN,高于铁路规范的计算值(4.93 MN),与AASHTO公式的计算值(11.62 MN)接近。设置防撞设施后,最大船撞力为7.5 MN。相对于不设防撞设施时的对应工况,设防撞设施的桥墩所受撞击力降低幅度为26.5%~42.4%,船舶船头变形降低了17.4%~33.3%,防撞设施对桥墩和船舶都起到了一定的防护作用。基于背景工程的多塔斜拉桥船撞力及防撞研究可为类似桥梁的设计、研究提供参考。
Multi tower cable-stayed bridges are widely used in wide water areas due to their excellent crossing ability,but there is a common need for navigation in the water,which puts bridges at risk of ship collisions.Taking a(106+4×175+106)m five tower partially cable-stayed bridge as the engineering background,empirical analysis method and finite element dynamic simulation were used to study the anti ship-pier collision force and anti-collision facility effect of the multi tower cable-stayed bridge.The research results showed that the bridge span layout and navigation clearance setting were reasonable,and there was a risk of 1000 ton ship collision on all five main piers of the bridge.The maximum ship-pier collision force is 11.7 MN calculated by finite element method dynamic simulation,which is higher than the value calculated by railway code formula(4.93 MN)and close to the value calculated by AASHTO formula(11.62 MN).After setting up collision prevention facilities,the maximum ship-pier collision force decrease to 7.5 MN.Compared to the corresponding working conditions without collision prevention facilities,the reduction in impact force on bridge piers with collision prevention facilities is 26.5%to 42.4%,and the deformation of ship bows is reduced by 17.4%to 33.3%.The collision prevention facilities have played a certain protective role for both bridge piers and ships.The research on ship-pier collision force and collision prevention of multi tower cable-stayed bridges based on background engineering can provide reference for the design and research of similar bridges.
