摘要
采用层层组装法合成了分散性良好的SiO2@SiO2表面多孔微球(SPP),并将其用作高效液相色谱填料。利用扫描电子显微镜、N_(2)吸附-脱附、热重分析仪对该填料进行表征,10次涂覆后的硅球壳层厚度为500 nm,比表面积为128 m^(2)/g,孔为径10 nm。将其与C18键合后对其分析性能进行测试,在甲醇/水为流动相、流速为0.3 mL/min条件下,各分析物的保留因子随甲醇含量的增加而减小,符合反相保留特征,对多环芳烃的分析具有良好的稳定性。对烷基苯的分析测试中,与粒径相似的全多孔硅球相比,该表面多孔微球填料能有效降低柱压,缩短分析时间。
SiO_(2)@SiO_(2)superficially porous spheres(SPP)with good dispersion were synthesized by using the layer-bylayer method and used as fller in high-performance liquid chromatography.The SiO,@SiO,SPP was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,N2 adsorption-desorption,and thermogravimetric analysis.The silica spheres exhibited a shell thickness of 500 nm,a specific surface area of 128 m'/g,and a pore diameter of 10 nm after ten times coating.The analytical performance of the SPPs was tested after being bonded with C18.The retention factor of each analyte exhibited a decrease with the increasing methanol content at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min in a methanol/water system,which was consistent with reversed-phase retention characteristics.In the separation test of alkylbenzenes,compared with fully porous silicon spheres,the prepared microspheres can effectively reduce the column pressure and shorten the analysis time.
