摘要
在海洋油田井壁取芯装置运行过程中,电机的工作状态直接影响取芯效率,因此如何科学评估电机性能成为关键问题。针对这一问题,开展了海油井壁取芯直流无刷电机驱动控制系统的研制。为测试电机的运行状态及带载能力,研究通过扭矩仪与磁粉制动器模拟直流无刷电机在井下的实际工况环境;基于电机工作原理建立数学模型,并设计了PID闭环控制策略;同时为实现井壁取芯仪对电机的远程监控,配套设计了一款上位机显示单元,支持采集电机转速与运行圈数,并实现实验数据的检测、存储与分析功能。经实验验证,该装置可有效实现直流无刷电机的测控功能,具备良好的稳定性与可操作性,可在海洋油田测井行业推广应用。
During the operation of the wellbore coring device in offshore oil fields,the working state of the motor directly affects the coring efficiency.Therefore,how to scientifically evaluate the performance of the motor has become a key issue.In response to this issue,the development of a brushless DC motor drive control system for offshore oil wellbore coring is carried out.To test the operating status and load capacity of the motor,a torque meter and magnetic powder brake are used to simulate the actual working environment of a brushless DC motor underground.A mathematical model is established based on the working principle of the motor,and a PID closed-loop control strategy is designed.At the same time,in order to achieve remote monitoring of the motor by the wellbore coring instrument,a supporting upper computer display unit is designed,which supports the collection of motor speed and operating cycles,and realizes the detection,storage and analysis functions of experimental data.Experimental verification shows that this device can effectively realize the measurement and control functions of brushless DC motors,has good stability and operability,and can be promoted and applied in the offshore oilfield logging industry.
