黑曲霉对湖羊生产性能、瘤胃发酵参数及甲烷排放的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Aspergillus niger on the production performance,rumen fermentation parameters,and methane emission of Hu sheep

摘要 为了研究黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)对湖羊生产性能、瘤胃发酵参数及甲烷排放的影响,试验将15只雄性、体重为(21.69±1.19)kg、3月龄左右的育肥湖羊随机分为3组,分别为对照组、7.5 g黑曲霉组和10 g黑曲霉组,每组5个重复,每个重复1只。预试期7 d,正试期28 d。试验结束后统计各组平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比并进行经济效益分析,检测环境中CO_(2)和CH_(4)的排放量;采集瘤胃液进行瘤胃pH值及氨态氮(NH_(3)-N)、微生物蛋白(MCP)、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)质量浓度的检测。结果表明:与对照组相比,7.5 g黑曲霉组和10 g黑曲霉组的平均日采食量显著降低(P<0.05),瘤胃pH值显著升高(P<0.05),瘤胃NH_(3)-N和MCP质量浓度显著降低(P<0.05);总挥发性脂肪酸、戊酸、丙酸质量浓度显著降低(P<0.05),乙酸/丙酸显著升高(P<0.05),且7.5 g黑曲霉组的丁酸质量浓度显著降低(P<0.05);CH_(4)、CO_(2)排放量和CO_(2)当量(CO_(2)-eq)均显著降低(P<0.05),头日利润提高比例分别为25.00%和39.29%。说明黑曲霉可以降低湖羊的平均日采食量,在不影响其生长性能的情况下提升经济效益,同时可降低CH_(4)和CO_(2)排放量。 To study the effects of Aspergillus niger on the production performance,rumen fermentation parameters,and methane emission of Hu sheep,fifteen male fattening Hu sheep with body weight of(21.69±1.19)kg were randomly divided into three groups,namely the control group,7.5 g Aspergillus niger group and 10 g Aspergillus niger group,with five replicates per group and one sheep per replicate.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days and the experimental period lasted for 28 days.The average daily gain,average daily feed intake and material-toweight ratio were calculated during the experiment,CO_(2) and CH_(4) emissions of enviroment in each group were detected,and rumen fluid were collected after the experiment to measure rumen pH value,ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N),microbial protein(MCP)and volatile fatty acid(VFA).The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake in the 7.5 g Aspergillus niger group and 10 g Aspergillus niger group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the rumen pH value was significantly increased(P<0.05);the rumen NH_(3)-N and the MCP mass concentration were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the mass concentration of total volatile fatty acids,valeric acid and propionic acid were significantly decreased(P<0.05),but the contents of acetic acid and propionic acid was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the mass concentration of butyric acid in the 7.5 g Aspergillus niger group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,the emissions of CH_(4) and CO_(2) and the carbon dioxide equivalent(CO_(2)-eq)in the 7.5g and 10 g Aspergillus niger groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the first-day profits were increased by 25.00%and 39.29%,respectively.The results indicated that Aspergillus niger could reduce the average daily feed intake of Hu sheep,improve economic benefits without affecting its growth performance,and reduce CH_(4) and CO_(2) emissions.
