Research progress on the in vitro culture of mammalian embryonic stem cell

摘要 胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cells, ESCs)是一种来源于早期胚胎的多能干细胞,具有无限增殖、自我更新和多向分化的特性。无论在体外还是体内环境,ESCs都能被诱导分化为机体的大多数细胞类型,这些细胞通常来自于胚胎体外受精后的早期阶段。本文根据国内外ESCs体外培养的相关研究,对哺乳动物胚胎干细胞的生物学特性、获取、体外培养及分子标记进行综述,以期为哺乳动物ESCs长期培养和建系提供借鉴。 Embryonic stem cells(ESCs)are pluripotent stem cells derived from early embryos characterized by their ability to proliferate infinitely,self-renewal,and differentiate into multiple cell types.Both in vitro and in vivo,ESCs can be induced to differentiate into almost all cell types in the body.This paper provided a review of the biological characteristics of mammalian ESCs,their isolation,in vitro culture,and molecular markers,based on relevant research from home and abroad,aiming to provide reference for the long-term cultivation and establishment of mammalian ESCs.
