摘要
在全球产业分工背景下,产业链上国内外各环节关联互动是企业持续推进技术创新的关键路径。围绕产业链国内关联和国际关联对企业创新的非线性影响及其影响机制,提出研究假设,以中国制造业产业链为研究对象进行实证检验,并从产业链类型出发,实证分析不同产业链关联方式对企业创新的异质性影响。研究发现:产业链国内关联、国际关联分别与企业创新呈U型关系和倒U型关系;在产业链国际关联与企业创新的非线性关系中,企业吸收能力差距和产业出口贸易均具有正向调节作用,在产业链国内关联与企业创新的非线性关系中,产业出口贸易具有正向调节作用;从产业链类型来看,资本密集型制造业产业链企业创新水平最高,劳动密集型产业链企业创新水平最低。最后,从提升产业链创新性、增强产业创新赋能效应等角度,提出相关政策建议。
In the context of global industrial division of labor,the interaction between domestic links and international ones in the industrial chain is a key path for enterprises to continue promoting technological innovation.Throughout this process,the entire industrial chain plays a pivotal role in enhancing the innovation capability of enterprises through efficient resource integration and the introduction of advanced technologies.This role not only impacts enterprises'development but also significantly influences the upgrading of the entire industrial chain and enhances industrial competitiveness of the whole country.However,China has yet to fully leverage its status as the world's largest manufacturing nation into that of a manufacturing powerhouse.The reliance on other countries for some core resources and key technologies leads to an insufficient innovation capacity on the industrial base.Consequently,manufacturing production is hindered by limitations of technology,dependency on intermediate goods,and constraints of market supply.Therefore,it is imperative to explore methods for promoting enterprises'innovation by strengthening both domestic and international correlations within the industrial chain,which holds significant practical value for enhancing the innovation capability of China's industrial base and improving its independent control over industrial chain capabilities.In order to explore the path for enhancing the innovation capabilities of industrial base,this study theoretically analyzes the influence mechanism of different forms of industrial chain correlations on enterprises'innovation.The industrial technological distance and the industrial export trade are taken as the moderating variables.The analysis is based on the nonlinear impact of domestic and international industrial chain connections on enterprises'innovation,respectively.The study proposes relevant research hypotheses and empirically tests them using the example of the manufacturing industry chain of China.By constructing a linear regression model with quadratic terms,the nonlinear influence between the two is empirically tested.At the same time,a quadratic regression model with cross-multiplying terms is constructed to empirically test the relevant influence mechanism.Then,starting from the type of manufacturing industrial chain,the heterogeneity of the impact of different correlation forms of industrial chain on enterprises'innovation is further empirically analyzed.The findings indicate that the relationship between domestic correlation of industrial chains and enterprises'innovation follows a U-shaped pattern and that between international correlation and innovation follows an inverted U-shaped pattern.Furthermore,in terms of the nonlinear relationship between the international correlation of industrial chains and enterprises'innovation,both technical distance and export trade have a positive mediating effect.Similarly,for the nonlinear relationship between domestic one and enterprises'innovation,export trade also has a positive adjustment effect.Lastly,under the condition of equal levels of correlation between industrial chains,capital-intensive manufacturing enterprises exhibit the highest level of innovation,while labor-intensive enterprises demonstrate the lowest level of innovation.Therefore,the relevant policy suggestions are put forward.First of all,it is necessary to enhance the innovation of industrial chain from the perspective of strengthening the innovation link.Secondly,it is essential to enhance the innovation enabling effect of the industry from the perspective of moderately regulating the correlation between the industrial chain.It is conducive to improving the efficiency and sustainable development ability of manufacturing industry chain in China starting from innovation-driven strategies and correlation coordination.In the context of the integration of manufacturing industry of China into the global value chain,this paper can provide the intellectual support for the sustainable development of manufacturing industry chain in China.Moreover,it holds great practical significance in addressing the new round of scientific and technological revolutions and industrial transformations,and in enhancing China's industrial chain's independent and controllable capabilities.Future studies can consider more dimensions of variables to analyze the impact of industrial chain correlation on enterprises'innovation from multiple perspectives,and explore how enterprises can cope with the uncertainty of the external environment,in order to obtain a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding.Especially in the current era,where the industrial chain is in a critical period of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading,the challenges faced by the industrial chain in the context of the digital economy or during the process of intelligent upgrading may be a direction for future research.
