摘要
目的分析我国综合医院医疗服务供给的内在机理,通过定量分析揭示影响医疗服务供给的关键因素及其关联性。方法采用灰色理论中的绝对关联模型,对综合医院医疗服务供给的内在机理进行深入分析。结果综合医院床位数与医疗服务供给之间的关联性最强,其次为入院人数、病床使用率和平均住院日,而平均收入与医疗服务供给之间的关联性最弱,但也较为显著。结论综合医院医疗卫生资源、医疗服务规模和医院收入都与医院高质量医疗服务供给有较强关联性。建议组建医疗集团、区域医疗中心,加强紧密型医共体建设,优化综合医院资源配置,提高医疗服务质量,更好解决人民群众就医需求。
Objective To analyze the intrinsic mechanism of medical service supply in general hospitals in China and reveal the key influencing factors and their correlations through quantitative analysis.Methods The absolute relational degree model in grey system theory was employed to conduct an in-depth analysis of the intrinsic mechanism of medical service supply in general hospitals.Results The number of general hospital beds showed the strongest correlation with medical service supply,followed by admission numbers,bed occupancy rate and average length of stay.In contrast,average revenue exhibited the weakest but still significant correlations with medical service supply.Conclusion Medical and health resources,service scale,and hospital revenue in general hospitals are strongly correlated with the supply of high-quality medical services.It is recommended to establish medical groups and regional medical centers,strengthen the construction of tightly integrated medical alliances,optimize resource allocation in general hospitals,and improve the quality of medical services to better meet public healthcare needs.
