摘要
目的 分析某口腔专科医院医师多点执业分布情况,提出改进建议。方法 对医师电子化注册系统中的多点执业数据进行回顾性分析。结果 开展多点执业活动的口腔医师占比32.1%;多点执业医师年龄主要集中于30~49岁,高级职称占比62.7%,主要多点执业方向是口腔颌面外科、口腔种植、口腔正畸、牙体牙髓,人均多点执业机构数1.57,只在北京多点执业的医师占比92.6%,在民营口腔诊所多点执业的医师占比65.1%。结论 该口腔专科医院医师多点执业积极性高,但机构内存在医师绩效考核不明确、多点执业医师监督管理不足现象,应从完善制度体系建设、加强多点执业监管、规范多点执业内部管理与培训方面加强多点执业管理工作。
Objective To analyze the distribution of physicians'multi-site practice in a dental specialty hospital and propose improvement suggestions.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted using multi-site practice data from the electronic physician registration system.Results Among the surveyed dental physicians,32.1%engaged in multi-site practice.The majority of these physicians were aged 30~49(62.7%held senior professional titles),with primary practice areas including oral and maxillofacial surgery,dental implants,orthodontics,and endodontics.On average,each physician practiced at 1.57 additional institutions,with 92.6%working only in Beijing and 65.1%practicing in private dental clinics.Conclusion While dental physicians in this specialty hospital demonstrated high enthusiasm for multi-site practice,issues such as unclear performance evaluation and insufficient supervision were observed.To enhance management,measures should focus on improving institutional policies,strengthening regulatory oversight,and standardizing internal training for multi-site practice.
