摘要
为明确拟禾本科根结线虫(Meloidogyne graminicola)的扩繁条件,更易获得虫源,并用于筛选适合当地生产的优质抗性水稻品种。研究利用不同比例的沙子和土壤为基质筛选拟禾本科根结线虫繁殖条件,并采用温室盆栽人工接种法评价55个水稻品种对拟禾本科根结线虫的抗性。结果表明:在沙子与土壤以3∶1比例混合的条件下培养水稻,可获得更多的根结,为线虫繁殖提供适宜条件;同时对55个水稻品种进行拟禾本科根结线虫抗性鉴定,其中PT60等9个品种(材料)对拟禾本科根结线虫表现为高度感病,野香优9号等35个品种(材料)表现为感病,野香优2998等10个水稻品种(材料)表现为中度感病,仅中花11号表现为抗病。研究为水稻抗拟禾本科根结线虫品种选育提供理论依据。
This study aims to explore the optimal conditions for the propagation of root-knot nematodes(Meloidogyne graminicola)to obtain a reliable source of nematodes and use it for screening high-quality resistant rice varieties suitable for local production.Different ratios of sand and soil were tested as substrates to determine the best conditions for nematode propagation.The greenhouse pot inoculation method was used to assess the resistance of rice varieties to root-knot nematodes.The results indicated that when sand and soil were mixed at a ratio of 3∶1,more root knots were formed,providing an optimal condition for nematode reproduction.At the same time,resistance tests were conducted on 55 rice varieties.Nine varieties,including PT60,showed high susceptibility to root-knot nematodes,35 varieties,including Yexiangyou 9,were moderately susceptible,and ten varieties,including Yexiangyou 2998,exhibited a moderate level of susceptibility.Only Zhonghua 11 showed resistance to root-knot nematode.This research provides a theoretical foundation for breeding rice resistant to Meloidogyne graminicola.
