摘要
在竹制品加工过程中,不同规格的竹筒需使用对应的破竹刀,因此竹筒分选对竹制品加工的生产效率和生产成本有着重要的影响。文章设计了一种竹筒分选设备,能对竹筒进行直径、壁厚、长度三个维度分选,经过自动输送和移料后同一规格的竹筒进入到分布式料仓,提高了生产效率和产品质量。设备结构简单,能够完成10个规格的分档归类,具有广阔的应用前景。
In the processing of bamboo products,bamboo tubes of different specifications require corresponding bamboo split⁃ting knives.Therefore,bamboo tube sorting significantly impacts production efficiency and costs.The article designs a bamboo tube sorting equipment that can sort bamboo tubes in three dimensions:diameter,wall thickness,and length.After automatic con⁃veying and transfer,bamboo tubes of the same specification are directed into distributed storage bins,improving production effi⁃ciency and product quality.The equipment has a simple structure,can complete the classification of 10 specifications,and has broad application prospects.
