摘要
一只泰迪犬在自由奔跑时被一辆高速行驶的轿车撞击,导致其右后肢蜷缩无法着地,并伴有疼痛呻吟,主人立即送往医院治疗。经过多种方法的综合诊断,包括临床检查、化验和影像学检查在内,最终确诊为髂骨骨折。随后对该患犬采用手术内固定的方案进行治疗并且预后良好,步态恢复正常,一个月后复查骨线恢复良好。
A teddy dog was hit by a fast-moving car while running freely,causing its right hind limb to curl up and unable to land,accompanied by painful groans.The owner immediately sent it to the hospital for treatment.After comprehensive diagnosis through clinical examination,laboratory tests,imaging studies and other methods,it was finally diagnosed with an iliac bone fracture.Subsequently,the affected dog was treated with surgical internal fixation and had a good prognosis.Its gait returned to normal,and a follow-up review one month later showed good recovery of the bone line.
