高温胁迫下不同摘心处理对葡萄叶片叶绿素荧光特性影响

Effects of Different Shoot-pinching Methods on Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics of Leaves of Grape under High Temperature Stress

摘要 为研究夏季高温胁迫期间通过架面上叶幕层抵御极端高温对叶片的灼伤,系统比较了不同摘心处理对葡萄叶片叶绿素荧光特性的影响。本试验以日光温室10年生‘红巴拉多’葡萄为材料,果穗以上分别留2、4、8、6片叶摘心(分别记为A1、A2、A3和CK),高温天气时连续3天采用植物效率分析仪检测叶绿素荧光参数的日变化。结果发现随着温度的上升,A2处理叶片的F_(v)/F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(o)、φPo、φEo值显著高于其他处理,OJIP曲线上L、K、J点的相对荧光强度和相对可变荧光值低于其他处理。A2处理的单位叶截面积中光合反应中心数量大于其他处理,DIo/CSm的值低于其他处理。结果表明:果穗以上4片叶摘心能更好的缓解高温胁迫对叶片的伤害,为葡萄植株在夏季抗极端高温胁迫提供理论依据和减灾技术方案。 To investigate how the leaf canopy layer mitigates extreme heat-induced scorching during summer hightemperature stress,we systematically compared the effects of different shoot-tip removal treatments on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics in grape leaves.10-year-old'Red Balado'grapevines grown in a solar greenhouse were used as the materials,with 2,4,8,or 6 leaves retained above the clusters after shoot-pinching removal(designated as A1,A2,A3,and CK,respectively).During high-temperature periods,daily variations in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured for three consecutive days using a plant efficiency analyzer.As temperature increased,leaves under the A2 treatment showed significantly higher values of F_(v)/F_(m),F_(v)/F_(o),φPo andφEo,while the relative fluorescence intensities at the L,K and J points on the OJIP curves and their variable fluorescence values were lower compared to other treatments.Additionally,the A2 treatment exhibited a higher density of photosynthetic reaction centers per unit leaf cross-sectional area and a lower DIo/CSm value.The results showed that retaining 4 leaves above the clusters during shoot-pinching removal effectively alleviated heat-induced leaf damage,providing both a theoretical foundation and practical strategies for protecting grapevines against extreme summer temperatures.
