基于有限元分析的液压管件热锻工艺参数优化与成形缺陷控制

摘要 液压管件热锻工艺参数对产品成形质量影响显著,优化工艺参数和控制成形缺陷是提高产品质量的关键。文章建立了液压管件热锻有限元模型,研究了初始坯料尺寸、锻造温度、锻造速度和摩擦系数等热锻工艺参数对液压管件成形质量的影响。分析了液压管件热锻过程中常见的成形缺陷类型及产生原因,提出了相应的控制措施,并利用有限元分析进行了缺陷预测与预防,为工艺参数优化提供了理论依据。 The hot forging process parameters of hydraulic pipe fittings have a significant impact on the forming quality.Optimizing process parameters and controlling forming defects are key to improving product quality.This article establishes a finite element model for hot forging of hydraulic pipe fittings and studies the influence of hot forging process parameters such as initial billet size,forging temperature,forging speed,and friction coefficient on the forming quality of hydraulic pipe fittings.Finally,the common types and causes of forming defects in the hot forging process of hydraulic pipe fittings were analyzed,and corresponding control measures were proposed.Finite element analysis was used to predict and prevent defects,providing a theoretical basis for optimizing process parameters.
