摘要
党的十九大指出,要按照“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”的总要求实施乡村振兴战略。农村公共文化建设作为乡村振兴重要组成部分,在提升农民精神文化素养、塑造乡风文明、推动农村产业发展以及乡村振兴战略实施等方面发挥着重要作用。当前我国农村公共文化建设存在基础设施薄弱、人才短缺、资金投入不足以及管理体制不健全等问题。针对这些问题,需要分别从完善农村公共文化基础设施建设、加大人才培养力度、加大资金投入以及健全管理体制等方面来发力,推进农村公共文化建设,落实乡村振兴战略。
The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the rural revitalization strategy should be implemented in accordance with the general requirements of"prosperous industry,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and rich life".As an important part of rural revitalization,rural public culture construction plays an important role in improving farmers?spiritual and cultural literacy,shaping rural civilization,promoting rural industrial development and implementing rural revitalization strategy.At present,there are some problems in the construction of rural public culture,such as weak infrastructure,shortage of talents,lack of capital investment and imperfect management systems.To solve these problems,it is necessary to improve the construction of rural public cultural infrastructure,enhance personnel training,increase capital investment and improve the management system,promote the construction of rural public culture,and implement the rural revitalization strategy.
