摘要
目的探讨CDIO教育理念与CBL模式相结合的教育方法在泌尿外科护理规培生临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月1日至2024年2月29日在海军军医大学第一附属医院泌尿外科轮转的12名护理规培生作为研究对象;将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各6名。对照组采用传统的“理论授课+临床示教”教学方法,观察组则采用基于CDIO教育理念与CBL模式相结合的创新教学方法。规培结束后分别对两组学员的满意水平、专科知识与技能水平、行为态度与岗位能力及临床护理服务质量进行评价。结果观察组的规培生对培训的满意水平、专科知识与技能水平、行为态度与岗位自评得分及临床护理服务质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CDIO教育理念与CBL模式相结合的教育方法能提高泌尿外科规培护士的自主学习积极性,增强临床归属感,提升教学质量,具有科学性、合理性和可操作性。
Objective To explore the effects of conceive-design-implement-operate(CDIO)-based case-based learning(CBL)model in the clinical teaching of urology standardized training nurses.Methods A total of 12 standardized training nurses who rotated through the Urology Department at Changhai Hospital from September 01,2022 to February 29,2024 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(n=6 each).The control group underwent a traditional teaching method(theoretical lecture+clinical demonstration)while the observation group underwent an innovative teaching method(CDIO+CBL).After the standardized training,satisfaction,specialty knowledge and skills,behavioral attitudes and post competency as well as clinical nursing service quality of trainees in both groups were evaluated respectively.Results The observation group showed significantly higher scores in training satisfaction,specialty knowledge and skills,self-rated behavioral attitudes and post competency as well as clinical nursing service quality than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CDIO-based CBL model proves scientifically sound and operationally feasible as it enhances self-directed learning motivation,strengthens clinical belongingness,and improves teaching quality among urology standardized training nurses.
