摘要
目的探讨耳穴贴压联合耳部虎符铜砭刮痧对于改善肝郁脾虚型失眠患者睡眠质量的效果。方法选取2023年10月至2024年9月就诊于上海市某二级甲等中医医院的80例肝郁脾虚型失眠患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40),对照组采用常规治疗护理+耳穴贴压;观察组在此基础上联合耳部虎符铜砭刮痧治疗。干预5周后,比较两组患者失眠症的临床疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及生活质量(SF-36)评分。结果干预5周后,观察组患者失眠症治疗总有效率为95%,高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组PSQI总分及各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);SF-36总分及各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压联合耳部虎符铜砭刮痧作为一种安全、有效的非药物治疗方法,能有效改善肝郁脾虚型失眠患者的睡眠状况,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of auricular acupressure combined with Hufu copper scraping on improving sleep quality in patients with insomnia due to liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Methods A total of 80 patients with insomnia due to liver stagnation and spleen deficiency treated at a GradeⅡA traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Shanghai from October 2023 to September 2024 were selected and randomly assigned to a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group received conventional treatment+auricular acupressure,whereas the observation group additionally received Hufu copper scraping.After 5 weeks of intervention,the clinical efficacy for insomnia,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores and quality of life assessed by 36Item Short Form Survey(SF36)scores were compared between the two groups.Results After 5 weeks of intervention,the total effective rate of insomnia treatment was 95%in the observation group,significantly higher than the 80%in the control group(P<0.05);both total and domain scores of PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);both total and domain scores of SF36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupressure combined with Hufu copper scraping is a safe and effective nondrug treatment that improves sleep quality and quality of life in patients with insomnia due to liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.
