摘要
针对某电厂采用循环排污水作为锅炉补给水处理系统原水,遵循节能降耗的原则设计了一套全膜法水处理系统(超滤+反渗透+EDI),同时采用过滤器反洗废水和膜处理设备浓水回用技术,对机械加速澄清池、变空隙滤池、超滤、反渗透、EDI等系统的设计参数进行了详细阐述,并对各膜处理设备运行数据进行了分析。结果表明:全膜法水处理系统产水水质满足相关标准要求,工艺设计合理,系统稳定可靠,废水排放量少,环境效益和经济效益显著。
A integrated membrane water treatment system(ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis+EDI)was designed based on the principle of energy conservation and consumption reduction for a certain power plant that uses circulating wastewater as raw water for boiler feedwater treatment system.At the same time,filter backwashing wastewater and membrane treatment equipment concentrated water reuse technology were used.The design parameters of mechanical agitation settling pond,variable void depth filter,ultrafiltration,reverse osmosis,EDI and other systems were elaborated in detail,and the data of each membrane treatment equipment operating were analyzed.The results show that the water quality of the integrated membrane water treatment system meets the relevant standard requirements,the process design is reasonable,the system is stable and reliable,the wastewater discharge is small,and the environmental and economic benefits are significant.
